Add Pipewire and its Bluetooth plugins as an audio middleware. Add
corresponding desktop packages for Xfce session and panel integration, and for
Chromium. Fixes: #129.

Tested on RB1 with USB and Bluetooth audio output; used pw-play to play some wav files and chromium with youtube. THe the Xfce panel applet (which I had to add manually, but perhaps that wouldn't be needed in a fresh session) also works, with volume and playback controls, and the ability to open pavucontrol which also works.
